To check if your MDH Wireless panic or lone working alarm system is being phased out, and no longer supported simply email us the serial number and a picture of the unit, and we will let you know if your system is a low power version.
When was the low powered MDH Wireless panic / lone working alarm system no longer being supported?
The alarm was supported until 31 December 2019.
What options are available to upgrade our MDH Wireless panic / Lone working alarm system?
There are various options available depending on the system specification and your requirements.
The quickest and most cost-effective option is to simply upgrade the electronics component of your alarm. This means you can keep all the existing buttons in situ.
Alternatively, you can take the opportunity to do a health check of your MDH Wireless panic or lone working alarm system and if necessary, supplement or upgrade parts of the alarm system with new components.

Yes, it will come with our standard 12-month warranty.
What will happen if we do not upgrade from low power to high power system?
We can still assist you with fault finding and simple repairs, but will be unable to replace any transmitters or receivers, or expand older systems.
